Bobby Chiu

I've been a fan of this guy for years. His work has always been fantastic quality and of good humour. but recently I've noticed his new pieces having a darker theme. Still ace though.

Some self indulgence.

- Statement of Intent

Throughout this course I want to appretiate and experience all that it has to offer. In particular, I want to utilise the first year of Viscom to express my ideas and enthusiasm. I wish to find more ability in myself that I have not yet experienced during Further Education and enter the second and third years whilst realising the potential in not only myself but others on the course.

At the same time, I want to overcome my fluctuating confidence in being a learning Artist, something which often hinders my progress and organisation. I know, myself, that I can occasionally lose focus through an influx of ideas I can and cannot achieve. I hope to find a balance between the idea of pushing myself and fine tuning my ideas to something capable at the same time.

Perhaps in the future, my experience with Viscom will point me in the direction of a successful career or maybe even encourage my initial aims of becoming a lecturer, tutor or eacher myself someday.

Bunny Suicides :D

Doing some research for my Book. Had a bit of a "constructive pasting" about my ideas so need a bit of a smile too. Everyone knows about the Bunny Suicides, surely, but they tie in somewhat to what I want to achieve. Plus it's an excuse for me to scroll through them all ;)
